There are many pastors and leaders of ministries who are expected to do everything for everyone in the local church. They preach, teach, pray, prophesy, lead people to Christ, visit and minister healing to the sick, cast out demons, perform marriages, funerals, counsel couples and families, teach children's church, direct the choir, lead worship, officiate over communion, baptize new converts, and the list goes on.
